How does annual billing save me money?
Prepay twelve months up front and you get two months free. That's a 17% discount versus paying monthly. Prepaid terms are non-refundable except as covered in the agreement's termination clause.
What counts as a 'support hour'?
Your monthly allotment covers active design, development, and content work you request. Hours don't roll over. They reset on the first day of each billing cycle and have no cash value.
What if I need more than my included hours?
We'll flag it before doing the work. You can approve the extra at our standard hourly rate (billed in 15-minute increments), upgrade to a higher plan, or defer it to next month. Nothing over your allotment happens without your written OK.
Can I cancel?
Plans are month-to-month. Either side can cancel for any reason with 30 days' written notice; service and fees continue through that notice period. Annual pre-payers get unused whole months refunded at the standard monthly rate.
What's not included?
Full redesigns, new site builds, rebrands, custom app development, third-party software costs, ad spend, and long-form copywriting fall outside the plans coverage. Those requests are handled under a separate project agreement or as approved overage.
