The Challenge

Endowed Underwear is an innovative underwear brand, newly introduced to the market. Their previous website made it hard for customers to navigate through the cart and checkout process. Their previous site wasn’t completely user friendly, as a broken links in their WooCommerce shopping experience were faulty. Endowed Underwear cooperated with Intuitive to strategize and redesign their user experience to create a seamless shopping experience for their customers, making mobile shopping easy.

The client wanted their Home and Shop page to be the highlight of their website. The cart and checkout page likewise, needed to compliment the user experience, making the process to buy simplified. We designed the Home page with a strategic, sales funnel design, leading with multiple Call-To-Actions. Endowed Underwear’s two main goals with the new site were to increase their customer newsletter sign-ups. As well as, for customer’s to spend a $75 minimum with two incentives for a 25% discount and free shipping. As the customer scrolls down the page, their attention is continuously grabbed by the high-res photos of models wearing the Endowed underwear, with multiple views of how the underwear looks. Majority of Endowed Underwear’s customers shop mobile. So the redesigned site, improved the mobile expierence with a 3-click minimum for users to complete their buying process.
